Kassie's Kitchen, first known as Poteau's Grocery Girl, is a small business in Cameron, Oklahoma that specializes in catering and frozen dinners for Leflore County and the surrounding areas. We can cater any event, large or small, and we are always available for frozen dinner requests. This is a wonderful service for working or single parents, the elderly, or people who simply don't like to cook. Generally speaking, orders for frozen dinners must be made by Saturday evenings for each week during which a customer plans on serving the meal. Our meals serve 6-8 people, and we offer desserts and sides as well. Check out our menu for food options, and always call if you need dinner made! Most meals can be whipped up, picked up, and on your dinner table within no time! Each meal comes with cooking instructions and are sealed in a covered aluminum pan that can be directly placed in any oven and disposed of after the meal has been served. You may be wondering who I am and how this whole thing got started. My name is Kassie Martin. I was raised in Mountain View, Arkansas, but I have lived in the Cameron/Poteau area for three years, with my husband, Colby Martin. My husband is a 2007 graduate of Poteau High School, and he owns two Simple Simon's Pizza restaurants. We have been married for four years and have two beautiful daughters. I am a 2011 graduate of Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas, where I received my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have made the decision to stay home with my girls, but I have also enjoyed starting up Kassie's Kitchen. As a stay-at-home mom, I know how time-consuming, and sometimes, difficult planning weekly meals can be. However, that's why I am here---to make life easier on you!
